"Do not use hacked content again,
if you are caught doing so again you will get banned."
if you are caught doing so again you will get banned."
I read Terms and Conditions and the News post about this issue. The bold, italic sentence is not mentioned anywhere. As for being the owner of such avatars, I think it was clear they should get banned. Recently a post about owners of such avatars, was locked. I agree with DrVista and admit I was not aware I could be possible violating human rights. Okay, I admit it
On the other hand though, an owner of such avatars was banned. We all know him, it's YL. So now seriously, at your own crisis, plus to a 4-year old kid's crisis, is this considered fair? He admitted these hacked avatars were his fault. Why not all the rest? Santeripe keeps on e-mailing such avatars privately, but nothing is done to face this issue. Not to mention that the thread was not even checked. Who even cares about such avatars owners? Guess what, nobody cares. But wait, why did you care about Santeripe. I know it was against the rules (as least according to what you say, because I can't see it in any rules), but what about all the rest that keep on selling such avatars and are not even warned? What is more, in BR as far as I am concerned, no one got banned for this issue. Okay, it's not right to sell these avatars and Santeripe's profile was popular and many avatars were sold.
Let apart the above issue. He bought an avatar that had hacked content. It was reset but guess what, This red warning sign popped up! "Do not use hacked content again, if you are caught doing so again you will get banned." Wait, there are thousand of players with such avatars. I had bought one. Why didn't you rest it and warn me? Come on do it if you think this way you will solve the problem, this way. Instead of warning or banning those that sell it, you warn, only a user that has one avatar with hacked content. Why not all the rest? Do you have personal problem with a certain user, or are you ''giving away justice'' ?
P.S My magic sphere predicts, I don't know why it showed it, but this thread is going to be locked.
