Steps to Reproduce
Go to the buy elite page and select credit card. When finished filling, click submit.

When I try to buy elite, it appears that a technical error has occurred. I used a credit card, put everything correct and checked, everything was normal, but when I clicked submit the form said there was a technical error. I tried last night and today, and got the same error.
