Hi korporal Would you be able to provide us with the standalone client's log? It should be located under a path looking somewhat like this C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\KogamaLauncher\log\KogamaLauncher.log

Hi koporal I am asking because we have an issue where you are unable to install the standalone client again if you delete the files from your computer. Did you do that?

Hi koporal Can you try to connect to another WIFI than the one you are using right now and see if the issue still happens?
