Steps to Reproduce
1. make a new account
2. try to post something on that profile logged into the new account now to will show to error 1 a popup at the top 2 one will show under the post bar snipboard.io/OyBv4V.jpg

well i do not think it should show one at the top because under the post bar it is letting you know that you need to be level three or higher to post a comment

if not that then it should show "You need to be level 3 or above to post comments."
