Hello everyone I have gotten some requests for me to explain how exactly I go about checking bug reports and I am here to explain how I do it. When I come to work and begin to look at all the bugs on the forum, I usually look at all the newly made bug reports first. If I know that the bug that the report mentions has already been reported or if I know it will take a short time answering the bug report I will give a reply first thing. I check the new bug reports first in order to see if any new serious bugs has been discovered. If I haven't answered a new bug report it is because I think/know it will take a long time investigating them. After checking the new bug reports I then look at the oldest bug reports and answer as many of them as I can. I do this because I want to focus on the older reports since it is the users behind these bug reports that has waited the longest. I know that many of you want me to answer your bug reports quickly, but there will be times when I don't have the time simply because I have other tasks I have to do. Therefore I have a tip. If you want your bug report to be answered as quick as possible, please don't reply to your own or others bug reports as this will only bump the report, thereby sending the report all the way back in the line. I hope this was informative and if you have any questions don't hesitate to write to me directly Have a good day everyone
