Retrieving Logfile
Figuring out which build target you're using
This is important since log files are located in different directories depending on whether you're playing in our Standalone client or in WebGL. Below are two screenshots, simply compare what your own client looks like to see which you're using
Standalone
C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\LocalLow\Multiverse ApS\KoGaMa\output_log.txt
WebGL
In WebGL the log file is located inside your browsers console. Opening this is universal across operating systems, but is different in each browser. Usually pressing F12 will open the developer window, which should include a "Console" tab. If not, look at the guide below for more help
Guide to open browser console in different browsers
Once you've found the console, simply select all the text and save it as a .txt file
The "Blocked" Label
Sometimes we're unable to reproduce your issue due to another, unrelated, issue. In that case we'll mark your report with the "Blocked" label, and reply with an ID to the bug that's blocking your report. You can't use this ID for anything, it's used in our internal bug database. It's left there as a note for future QA so they can check the bug and see if it's been resolved. We'll do this on a daily basis so we can get to the bottom of your report as soon as possible.
Reporting hackers/cheaters
If you find users who breaks the rules, please do not report them in a public thread or in a bug report here on the froum. You should instead contact support by sending an email to support@KoGaMa.com. You should include evidence of the cheating/hacking and a link to the cheater's account.
If you find any XP exploiting games please also write to our support at the mail given above.
