First of all, KoGaMa is a game developed in the game engine Unity, while they could implement a system for use of such programming languages as Lua, it would be very, very challenging.
Second of all, KoGaMa has remotely nothing to do with Lua, more so C# and Javascript, as those are the two programming languages that Unity developers are currently limited too.
