Steps to Reproduce
Go to the something that periodically takes away your health, then go to Time attack Flag and while it's doing animation you will get killed and you will respawn right where the Time Attack Flag is.

Btw I hope I didn't steal anyone else's bug report I just generally found it while playing a game.
