Steps to Reproduce
- Join any game on standalone client
- Refresh page a couple of times (without closing the launcher, let it close by itself)
- You will notice that the launcher resolution is getting smaller every time you rejoin

Also there are some other things I found about it:
- The game can be either fully loaded (like after you press "play") or at the blue loading screen and it will still happen
- Joining any other game doesn't fix the issue, but closing the game manually does
