Steps to Reproduce
my avatar's quality is in low texture quality, even tho i play on highest texture quality setting
i have this issue on both launcher and webgl versions
i also tried to make new photo in avatar edit, change avatars but it's all for nothing

i'm sure this is a new bug and high quality avatars worked before
