Player :
Go over 500 km/h on an ice track. You won't be able to Pick any *Pick-Up* and you'll pass through Teleporters.
HoverCar :
Make an Ice Track With Many Six-Shots on it. Take a Car and Gather Speed using the Six-Shots Recoil. Speed Will Cap around 350-400 km/h. I'm not sure if it's intentional that the HoverCar has a Speed Cap While the Player Doesn't.
Going on *Bugged Platforms* Will Make you Car Move at 500 km/h but Hitting any Wall SideWays Slighty Will Explode your Car.
Teleporter :
Place a Teleporter inside a Shaking Up-Down Platform. IF it's Placed at right Height, going through it and Getting Slightly Inside the Platform will Make You Teleport Very High. At the Same Spot Usually.
You Can See Interactive Logic II to see an Elevator Made By Stacking Platforms. (Note : After 10K, my Logic Stopped Working there).
Make a High Speed Rotator Cylinder By Using all the Space Available (Rotating in the Horizontal Plan) :
Now, go against the Walls of the Cylinder a Few Times. You should teleport Randomly a Few Times a Few Blocks Above a little Randomly.
Going through Walls With Rotators :
When a Rotator hits you Very Hard, it's Possible to Go through the Rotator or either go through a Wall if there's any Hole Somewhere in the Room. It's Very Random.
I don't have Logs because it's much of a design Flaw.

The first bug you reported is a known issue. The rest is more or less intentional, especially the teleporting when you hit a rotator. Thanks for the report though, it's a nice find
