There was a thread in the Roblox forums about Roblox vs Kogama, people listed their pros and cons about the games
In every single reply about Roblox, there was the con "You can't publish games before Level 4", this is a major issue for new players who have to play for days on end before they can even publish something. Without knowing effective xp earning techniques this can take weeks and most people are too bored to do this, causing them to leave
I believe the Level 4 requirement should be removed for projects because this causes new players to leave before reaching Level 4 because a part of the whole game is blocked for them, other games don't do this, they allow building for everyone
Combined with the level restriction removal, a new feature would be added, which unpublishes/deletes games that havent been played for 2 months, this would counteract the new players published games, letting new players publish games is much more important than keeping a game online that hasn't been played even once for months
Model and avatar publishing should still be restricted for Level 3-4, but new players need the ability to create their own games in a game meant for creating, it's a big part of the game and currently it's restricted for a majority of the players
There are very little arguments against this, I don't see how it would take up server space since even accounts created 1 minute ago can create new projects as much as they want, just not publish it. Compare the arguments to the pros brought by new players being able to create projects in a game based around creating projects
Also, more people creating projects = more people feel the need to purchase blueprints, materials etc for Gold = increasing the income for Kogama. After these people have made games, they get the hang of building and want to create models and avatars, to which they need to be lvl 4 for, increasing the chance of them buying Gold to level up
