Click on the Gold icon on your profile bar ~~~ This will send you to the "buy gold" page ~~~ 3. Look at the bottom of the page for the "customer support" link 4. Click on the "customer support" link -> You'll be sent to a blank page. Extra:- It's really cool that you get more gold per dollar now and have more payment options to use. I think it's a little confusing how the purchase amounts are displayed though. When you total up the amount shown plus the "bonus", you get a nice even amount that a customer would normally expect to see. But this isn't the case... we see really weird numbers that are probably going to confuse players. So I suggest for a different way for Kogama to display this to make more logical sense - unless if this is Spil Games' doing, in which case... uh, I don't actually know.

It's like ROBLOX's updated BC page in 2011 but not pay to play.Also,It seems they removed the 1,600 gold thingy.Good part is you get more gold.

Well I also found it weird that they would list the $4 and $10 pay amounts as $3.99 and $9.99 but leave the rest of them as even whole amounts. It would be nice to see it be consistent, and all be even whole dollar amounts. I don't think 1 cent makes a big difference to a dev or customer.

Too Much *Shiny* Graphics. I would rather Have Payments Options Displayed Normally as a Normal Radio Field.
It looks actually like FB Games Payment Options too Much. I don't *Accept* Aggressive Advertising.

Hello, bumping this post to tell everyone this issue has been fixed. The customer support link will now send you to Kogama's support page - instead of Spil Game's. However, there is a slight problem when players go to the question: I bought Cubes but they didn't show up in my account. What should I do?The current link used for " contact" is currently broken and leads to "Oops. The page you were looking for doesn't exist." Fortunately, Santeripe gives us a correct link in the comments... but this does reflect poorly in Kogama's reliability if broken links are used in their support pages.
