For solve this issue you could try delete the KogamaLauncher-Friends and then install the program again. You can delete the KogamaLauncher-Friends by going to the Control Panel, go to programs and files, and remove the KogamaLauncher-Friends. Then simple play a game and click on the "Download and install KoGaMa" button.

More seriously, idk what causes the problem but it will be solved in some time automatically - if the update downloads correctly

Hmm... Do you have latest drivers? If not download GeForce and update them.

That's not a problem with the NVIDIA/AMD/Intel graphics drivers. The only way to fix that is to reinstall the KoGaMa's launcher and install again - this might download the update correctly then
