If you click Edit Avatar and Let it load, then If you have your mouse over a friend. It'll get completely white the screen.

Hey markus, welcome to the tester forums. When the screen goes white, is the game crashing and do you have to restart? If so, your log file will be really helpful in troubleshooting, if you need help finding it you can receive help from this guide or open the spoiler below: Retrieving Logfile
- First thing you should know is that logfiles are deleted when you exit a session. Make sure you don't leave the game if you'd like to retrieve the logfile.
- Navigate to the directory below. Find out what OS you're running and navigate accordingly. If you're unsure visit this site - it will tell you at the very top.
- Move the most recent text file to your desktop
- Attach the text file in your report - the "Add Attachment" button is in the top right corner ;)

If you're unsure whether or not you're using User Account Control you probably aren't. Check the Windows Vista/7 directory first. If it doesn't exist check the Windows Vista/7 + IE7 + UAC directory. |
