What does the reset logic option do?

Resets the function of a the logic object selected and all things that are connected to it. Example: I have a toggle box set to toggle once, I activate it, then reset the logic, it goes back to being un-toggled.

It only resets the state of two specific logic boxes, Toggles and Timers, and in the order from the first to last.
All other logic boxes, including the PulseBox sadly, have no state to be reset, but as Rubix mentioned, act as intermediaries to reset any Toggle or Timer that may be connected to them.
