Don't see blue things by blocks if invisible logic cube is..

Steps to Reproduce
1. Place a block
2. Place a non-visual logic cube on that block (as example a toggle cube, negate cube, and cube, etc) (so not fire, smoke, text...)
3. Turn logic off
4. Hover your mouse over the block and the logic cube
-> You don't see these blue things you see when hovering over a block
(5. Click and swipe your mouse up
-> You do make the block larger)
