I do not know how to make this bug it just appears randomly

This bug is very annoying and that helps other teams cheat please put an end to this bug

This might happen because of bad internet connections. Is it like these users are not moving when you hit them and then disappear and reappear at another place a little bit further or just leave the game after a while?
