Can you give more of an explanation? Did it randomly disappear? Did someone misplace it by accident? Did you loose track of it? I don't think I could help you solve this until I hear more of an explanation. If any of the three have occurred with it, I can very simply help you find it.

Gc misplaced it by accident all right.... -.- Perfect! So, GC once lost my WaterPlane in my Crystaled map, and I sadly thought that I would have to just get rid of it in the future. I didn't give up though: I asked the KoGaMa geeks of what they know of finding a lost WaterPlane. So if you would like to find your lost SkyBox, heed my instructions to find it: - Use the DrawPlane to put the coordinates to 0,0,0. - If you end up far away from spawn, place a spawn in the area. - Place a WaterPlane nearby. - Place a HoverCraft at spawn. - Create a second SkyBox and put all of the settings to the far left to make it dark, (make another if the sky is light.) - Use the HoverCraft to search the area for the SkyBox. Make sure you have Logic on. After a certain time, you will see a glow in a distance that is possibly what you are looking for. If it is, then delete all of the unnecessary items, (save the extra spawn for last.) If it isn't what you are looking for, then I assume that your SkyBox hasn't reset to the Origin, and is completely lost.
Another way you can fix the problem if the SkyBox is completely lost is by modifying the sky with even more SkyBoxes to situate it to the right settings.
