TL;DR: If a player joins while a time trigger is active, they cannot see, nor are they affected by the effects of the time trigger even though people who were already there can.
Steps to recreate (sorry there's a lot):
1- in a place, create a logic system that looks like this
r-----> time trigger (delay:minimum, duration:20) -----> model toggle -----> any model
|
button
|
L-----> randomizer* -----> time trigger (delay: ~19.8, duration: 20) -----> the same model toggle as above
2- publish the place
3- visit the place on your main account
4- open a new tab while at your place, and create an alt account. be prepared to join your place with the alt
5- press the button on your main
6- join with the alt within 20 seconds
7- you will notice: on your main account, the model will be visible. however, because your alt joined after the time trigger started, but before its' duration ended, the model will NOT be visible even though it's visible to everyone else. you'll know for sure that it's running because in a few seconds the other time trigger will activate and the model will suddenly appear even though you didn't press the button on the alt (your main did right before you joined). what's even worse is that the issue is beyond graphical. the alt can actually go through the model that they don't see while others who were already there can't. this issue is now the only possible way that people can break my game because this is how my logic system is set up.
*I'm not sure if the randomizer is needed to recreate this bug or not, but that is how it is set up at my place.
Edit: hmm thinking about it now, it would be hard for the devs to fix this sort of bug but if they could that would be wonderful
