I'm sorry, but I'm really get upset with several changes to the game at the moment. Right now, I really want that render distance back to it's original state, not the one it's currently in, and I'm upset they changed the cloud texture... Why? Now once again, my maps are damaged because things got changed, Halo multiplayer anniversary is a bunch of render chunks floating in the sky, and Breakout when from a lit up station in space to a toy set in the bottom of a toy chest, all the lights got turned off and the sky is black. Please put the cloud texture back to it's neon white and the render back to it's original distance, please.

It's okay, you're more than welcome to dish out negative feedback, as long as it's done in a respectful manner, which you most certainly did.
I definitely understand your frustration. I actually wasn't aware we had an issue with the render distance, could you elaborate a bit on that? I'll try to get it back to what it used to be once we're done fixing the whole NPAPI debacle.

You remember the render distance update that was added in 2014 to improve performance, I think it was almost a year ago The same update decreased the distance in where cubegun blocks were rendered to only about 10 terrain blocks, and if you had fog at minimum you could see where the terrain block rendering ends

You're talking about the update that broke Mathilda, right? 2 updates already broke Matilda, the render update and the sound update, if you are talking about the update that made the clouds in the background of the map disappear, it's the right update The post of De Lírios shows the problem (The update was added way before that though)

Lots of the new updates from 2014-2015 ruined lots of old maps with physics, texture and engine changes. :c

I think Avak is referring to the terrain rendering downgrade that was released about a year ago... Terrain and models are now rendered poorly, making large games look horrible; some examples include Matilda and Alastair. I seem to remember you leaving a reply in this thread, which was a series of bug reports regarding this same glitch.

Well, I'm glad this is getting tread, I'm glad things will be better in the future then, anything on the cloud block? Or is that staying dark?
